A cracking afternoon/evening session at Camber! I was so desperate not to have to use the 7.0m again, I rigged the 5.8 when I arrived (at about 4.15pm), even though there was very little wind. I was just banking on it filling in! The first hour was just off the plane messing about, but still mellow as the beach looked stunning in the evening sun, and the sea looked so blue. But then the wind picked up to proper powered up 5.8 weather, and it started to get really fun. Had a right laugh playing with the little wind blown wave(lets), and had some lovely fast grooveriding! Nailed every waterstart tonight too, and now no loger even think about it. It's weird how it took me so long to learn, and now I just can't understand how I can suddenly do them so easily. I don't know what suddenly changed... but I'm not complaining! Just got to learn to get round corners properly now! That should keep me occupied for a while!!
